University Boulevard North completion expected in 2014

Construction recently began on the extension of University Boulevard from State Highway 6 near Sam’s Club to U.S. Highway 90A.  Completion is expected during the summer of 2014.  The $5 million project is intended to improve mobility by providing a north-south corridor connecting State Highway 6 at the Riverstone Subdivision to U.S. Highway 90A. University Boulevard North is one of several projects included in the Fort Bend County Mobility Bond Program and the Transportation Improvement Program.
