Sunday evening, July 14, about 6:30 pm, Sugar Land Police responded to suspicious circumstances behind a restaurant on Highway 6 near US 59.
According to Sugar Land Police spokesman Doug Adolph, a motorist notified police of a man and a woman walking southbound on U.S. Highway 59 against traffic. According to the report the woman appeared to be crying.
Adolph said when officers located the pair they were in the 2200 block of Highway 6 in a parking lot behind a brewhouse. Adolph said both were covered in dried blood on both of their clothing and bodies. He went on to explain that the female had cuts to her wrist. During a search of the male he was found to be in possession of brass knuckles and a clear smoking pipe, said Adolph.
Micah Stuhr, 32, of unincorporated Fort Bend County, was arrested and charged with possession of a prohibited weapon (brass knuckles) and was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia.
The female, who was not identified by authorities, admitted to having cut her wrist earlier in the day and wanted medical attention. She was taken to a local hospital for treatment.
