“Back to School Splash Bash” set for August 3

In celebration of the end of summer, Sugar Land Town Square will host Back to School Splash Bash, a free outdoor splash day featuring a wide variety of fun activities for the entire family to enjoy. Back to School Splash Bash will take place in the Plaza of Sugar Land Town Square on Saturday, August 3 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Activities include water balloon fights, sand castle contests, hula-hoop contests, inflatable water attractions, interactive games with Pinot’s Palette and more! Plus, there will be live music and food and beverages available for purchase from STADIA Sports Grill. Guests are encouraged to bring backpacks and school supplies for donation to the Fort Bend Rainbow Room.

“Heading into the school year, the backpacks and school supplies collected will be put to good use by our clients,” said Tonya Lewis, executive director of the Fort Bend Rainbow Room. “We’d like to thank Sugar Land Town Square for supporting our efforts to provide assistance to children in need in our community.”

The Fort Bend Rainbow Room is a local organization that brings hope to many children and adults involved with the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services. For more information about the Fort Bend Rainbow Room, visit FBRR.org.
