Learn how to download eBooks to Kindles at library program

Do you have a new Kindle, but you’re not sure how to use it? First Colony Branch Library will present an introductory program, “Krazy About Kindles,” on Tuesday, August 20, beginning at 10:00 am, in the Conference Room, 2121 Austin Parkway in Sugar Land.

Learn how to download eBooks to your Kindle from the library’s online digital library collection, OverDrive. Those attending the class should bring their Kindle, library-card number, and PIN.

The class is free and open to the public. Seating is limited, however, and reservations are required. To register online at the library’s website (www.fortbend.lib.tx.us), click on “Calendar,” select “First Colony Branch Library,” and find the program. Participants may also register by calling the library at 281-238-2800, or by visiting the library.
