For those of you who are fix it and forget it kind of cooks, here are a couple of easy and delicious recipes for you.
Crock-pot Ranch Pork Chops
• 1 pkg. of boneless pork chops
• 1 can Cream of Chicken soup
• 1 packet Dry Ranch dressing mix
Layer pork chops in a crock-pot, add soup, then sprinkle dry Ranch dressing all over. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours.
Serve with mashed potatoes or grits to spoon the extra gravy over.
Chocolate Pudding Dump Cake
• 1 box chocolate cake mix
• 1 small pkg. chocolate pudding mix
• 1 ½ cups milk
• 1 ½ cups chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare pudding with milk according to directions. Add cake mix and stir well to combine (batter will be thick). Smooth batter into greased 8-inch pan. Scatter chocolate chips on top. Bake for 30 minutes or until edges pull away from sides.
