The construction on Dulles Avenue from U.S. Highway 90A to Avenue E, including intersections at Lexington Boulevard and Cartwright Road, is now complete. The Dulles Avenue improvement project is intended to improve the safety and mobility along Dulles Avenue.

The project included widening Dulles Avenue to four lanes and the addition of turn lanes at various intersections along Avenue E. The Dulles Avenue and State Highway 6 intersection improvement is expected to be finished by the end of August.

A ribbon cutting was held on July 18 with the City of Sugar Land’s Mayor and City Council, Fort Bend County Commissioners, City of Stafford elected officials and Missouri City staff.
