Bites & Brews this September at Fort Bend County Museum

Bites and Brews coming to Fort Bend County Museum.

Foodies and fans of local beers and wines are invited to an evening of sampling and splendor at the Fort Bend County Museum’s exciting new event: Bites & Brews, set for Saturday, September 21 at the historic 1883 Home of Congressman John M. Moore.

Bites & Brews will feature a variety of vendors including Saint Arnold Brewery, Braman Winery, Pier 36, Joseph’s, Teresita’s Catering, The Railroad Café, A Sweet Tooth, Fajita Pete’s, and George Ranch Historical Park. These and many more will be offering light bites and samplings of wines, brews and treats of all kinds.

During the event, guests can explore the Fort Bend County Museum’s gallery of exhibits, where the paintings of Charles Weiss will be on display for a limited time only. Local musicians, HeartStrings and The Cool Tones, will be performing for this unforgettable soiree that is sure to become a favorite regular happening for Fort Bend County.

The Moore Home is located right next to the Fort Bend County Museum at 406 South 5th Street in Richmond. Festivities will begin at 6: 30 p.m. and continue through 9 p.m. Tickets are $25 each or $45 per couple, available at the gate or for purchase ahead of time through the Museum at (281) 342-6478.
