Archeology Program for September

Don Brady, facilities management director for Fort Bend County, will be the guest speaker for the September 17th meeting of the Fort Bend Archeological Society. His presentation will focus on the current renovations being made to the 1909 County Courthouse. Judge Bob Hebert commented in a recent article: “The renovated courthouse, which will open by December, will be a very modern, efficient building that preserves its historic architecture.” And it has been Don Brady’s job to make sure that this is accomplished. Please come to hear how this has been done and what the future holds for this wonderful structure.

The Archeological Society meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 17th at 7pm in the assembly hall of the Gus George Law Enforcement Academy at 1521 Eugene Heimann Circle in Richmond. The public is invited to attend.
