Spirit of Freedom Women to host author John Griffing September 20

The Spirit of Freedom Republican Women’s Club will host author John Griffing who will focus his speech on the threats facing America and how we need to respond. The meeting will take place Friday, September 20, Sugar Creek Baptist Church Chapel,  13213 SW Freeway, Sugar Land,  11 am to 1 pm. A light lunch will be served courtesy of State Representative District 85 Phil Stephenson. An RSVP is requested for those who plan to eat or just attend the meeting for a head count. Meet and greet starts at 11:00 am and the meeting will begin promptly at 11:30 am. John Griffing has been featured as a frequent contributor on American Thinker, Canyon News, World Net Daily (WND), as well as Bruges Group, a respected London-based think tank comparable to Heritage.  Locally, Mr. Griffing is a correspondent for Texas GOP Vote, which has a large state-level readership.

He has been a featured guest on numerous radio programs, including the Sam Malone Show, the Matt Patrick Show, WBAP (Morning News), Stand with Wayne, the Lynn Woolley Show, et al. He recently began appearing on the Sam Malone Show once a week as the resident education expert, as well as providing general commentary. Griffing’s book, America’s Last Chance, is in the final stages of editing.
