Imperial Sugar Land’s home builders to unveil home designs at community’s first public event
After years of careful planning, the public will have the opportunity to visit with Imperial Sugar Land’s home builders for the first time to learn more about the new, luxury patio homes, garden homes, and town homes available for sale in Sugar Land’s new master-planned community.
Representatives from Partners In Building, Darling Homes, Sitterle Homes and Trendmaker Homes will present their designs at a “Meet The Builders” event on Saturday, October 26 from 10 a.m. – noon at Constellation Field located on Stadium Drive off Highway 6 just north of Highway 90A.
The event is free and open to the public.
“This will be a terrific opportunity for those interested in a new, highly amenitized, low-maintenance home in the heart of Sugar Land,” notes Imperial Sugar Land General Manager Shay Shafie, who will join the home builders at the event to present an update on the 700+ acre master-planned community.
He adds the new homes slated for the master-planned community, which will be available for sale by the end of 2013, are designed to appeal to active empty nesters and busy young professionals interested in a low-maintenance home with state-of-the-art interior features and designs.
“It’s difficult to find a new patio, garden-style or townhome in Sugar Land,” he says. “The market for these homes grows every year as new empty nesters who raised their families in the area look for a home that compliments their care-free lifestyle. They are also quite popular with busy young professionals.”
Imperial Sugar Land’s first neighborhoods will include 116 patio homes, some with waterfront views, and 27 single and two-story townhomes facing Imperial Boulevard, one of the community’s signature, tree-lined parkways. Ranging in size from 1,800 – 4,000 square feet, all of the homes will offer custom features, gourmet kitchens, open floor plans, large master suites and outdoor entertaining spaces.
A limited number will available in Imperial’s gated, waterfront neighborhood of Quiet Cove.
