Historic Richmond Association’s to hold 2nd Annual Car Show

Come out and see all these memorable cars and enjoy the show.

The Historic Richmond Association’s 2nd annual Fall Car Show, will be held October 19, City Hall parking lot, 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., check-in time for car owners showing cars will be 9:00 a.m.

“The weather is beautiful, so come on out and enjoy the sunshine and great cars from most all decades. We will have antique cars and those that many people will remember from their high school days,” said Eric Martinez, event chair, Historic Richmond Association.

The Spring Car Show, held earlier this year by HRA, was a total success. There were over 100 cars from all decades, and it was a great time.

“Families and friends from throughout Fort Bend County came. Many mixed, mingled and visited with others attending. Most spent time checking all the cars out, and others grabbed some food and enjoyed the music. So we hope the community will come out again and enjoy all the day has to offer,” Martinez said.

There will also be door prizes available to those who register a vehicle for showing.

“We will also have a raffle for everyone who attends. Sterling McCall Lexus has donated a golf bad with a free round of golf at Sugar Creek Country Club, and others. Hope to see you there!” Martinez said.
