University Branch Library presents special youth programs in November

The Youth Services department atUniversity Branch Library will present two special programs in November for children and families.

The program, “If You Build It, They Will Come,” will take place on Saturday, November 9, from 2:00 to 4:00 pm. School-aged children in grades 1 through 5 will create imaginative structures with Lego® building blocks.

International Games Day @ Your Library will be celebrated on Saturday, November 16, beginning at 2:00 pm. Families with children of all ages are invited to come to the library to play games together. The library will have board games and video games available, but families are welcome to bring their own favorite games, as well.

The University Branch Library is located at 14010 University Blvd in Sugar Land, on the UH campus. The programs are free and open to the public. For more information, call the branch library at 281-633-5100 or the library’s Public Information Office at 281-341-2677.
