Austin High School’s ProGrad to offer holiday hayrides for three weekends

If you’re looking for a fun holiday activity this December, plan to take part in Austin High School’s ProGrad Holiday Hayrides. This family-oriented attraction will take participants on a delightful ride through Pecan Grove, which will be transformed into a winter wonderland filled with huge light displays, decorated trees and homes, bridges and brooks.

The hayride lasts about 20 minutes and is choreographed with all the favorite songs of the season. After the hayride, participants can warm up with a cup of cocoa or have their picture taken with Santa.

Offered on three weekends throughout the month (Dec. 6 & 7, 13 & 14, and 20 & 21), the hayrides will depart from the Pecan Grove Randall’s Parking Lot (1890 FM 359, Richmond, 77406), from 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm, each Friday and Saturday night. The cost is $5 per person and $125 for private parties in a single trailor. (Children under two years of age ride free.)

Reservations are recommended for parties of six or more. For more information, please email: ahsprograd@gmail.com or call 281-240-9460.
