Central Fort Bend Chamber to recognize 2013 Award Winners

For 103 years, the Central Fort Bend Chamber has been the voice of business and growth in Fort Bend County. In 2013, that voice remained strong in large part because of the volunteer efforts and commitments made by many of its almost 800 members.

The Chamber will proudly recognize 13 of those members at its 2013 Annual Awards Luncheon, which is scheduled for Friday, Jan. 10 at Cindy’s Palace, 1102 FM 2977, Richmond. The event, presented by Allegiance Roofing, will also thank the Chamber’s outgoing Board Directors for their dedication and service.

Categories honored include: Business Person of the Year, Corporate Sponsor of the Year, Volunteer of the Year, Raymond Saage Award, Ambassador of the Year, Board Member of the Year, Committee Member of the Year, Young Professionals Division Member of the Year, Hispanic Business Division Member of the Year, Historic Downtown Rosenberg Division Member of the Year and Fulshear Area Business Division Member of the Year.

The Chamber will also honor persons or groups from our Stakeholder Cities of Fulshear, Richmond and Rosenberg with Achievements in Economic Development Awards.

Reservations for the luncheon are $30 for Chamber members and $40 for prospective members and guests. Event-day pricing is $40 for members and $50 for non-members. For reservations or more information call the Chamber at 281-342-5464.
