George Ranch Historical Park hosts Corporate Open House
The Site Rentals department at George Ranch Historical Park is charging full-steam ahead into the New Year with a free open house for corporate gatherings of all kinds. Event planners are invited embark on this adventure in Texas hospitality from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Sunday, January 25.
The free open house will present an opportunity for corporate event planners to familiarize themselves with the Park’s offerings. Sitting on 23,000 country acres, the Park showcases over 150 years of Texas history, and can accommodate gatherings that are large or small, simply charming or grandly elegant. Facilities at the George Ranch Historical Park include a 63,000-square-foot indoor arena, a historic chapel and gazebo, a pavilion picnic area and two smaller historic buildings for meetings and receptions.
“It’s one thing to read about the options on our website and look at photos in a brochure, but the information takes a whole new meaning when our clients get an up-close and personal tour of our facilities. It enables them to actually feel the event experience in a site visit. Then, they start to envision how perfect their event could be when they’re standing in the space they want to use,” said Kristi Farquar, Director of Corporate Sales and Events.
Cowboys, longhorns, and historic venues add a special rustic ambiance and bring out the western spirit in company picnics, corporate meetings, Fandangos, private rodeos, dinners, dances, or trade show events hosted at the Park.
