Couples’ Night Out: A Course for Two
A glass of red wine, some dark chocolate and plenty of insights into living heart healthy lifestyles is a great way to usher in American Heart Health Month.
Memorial Hermann Sugar Land Hospital invites you and the one you love to come enjoy an evening learning about wine and the key secrets to a healthy heart at our first-ever couples’ heart health event.
The evening will consist of three distinct courses of wine and food pairings led by Ryan Levy, owner of the Nice Winery. Between courses, experienced cardiologists Dr. Majid Basit and Dr. Yassir Sonbol will share the latest on cardiovascular health. All attendees will receive a complimentary wine glass to use for tasting.
A fun evening with Memorial Hermann affiliated physicians sharing the keys to heart health and helping participants understand how easy it is to start making small lifestyle changes.
The event will be held Thursday, February 27, 6-8p.m., Memorial Hermann Sugar Land, 17500West Grand parkway South, Sugar Land, Conference Rooms A,B,C.
The event is free, but seating is limited. Couples over age 21 are encouraged to attend, and both are required to register. In order to register, call 713.222.CARE (2273).
