Sienna Branch Library to present MS Powerpoint series
Sienna Branch Library will present a series of classes in March on using Microsoft PowerPoint 2010. The classes are free, and participants may attend individual sessions or the whole series. The Sienna Branch Library is located at 8411 Sienna Springs Blvd in Missouri City.
The first class, “MS PowerPoint Survival Basics,” will take place on Wednesday,
March 5, beginning at 10:00 am, in the Computer Lab. Learn the basics of this presentation software program.
The next class, “MS PowerPoint: Intermediate,” will take place on Wednesday, March 12, beginning at 10:00 am, in the Computer Lab. Understand this presentation software program even better by learning more advanced functions and tools.
The class, “MS PowerPoint: Advanced,” will take place on Wednesday, March 19, beginning at 10:00 am, in the Computer Lab. This class is for experienced MS PowerPoint users who would like to learn how to edit images and design themes, include interactive elements, and organize slides in different ways.
For people who would prefer a faster-paced class on MS PowerPoint, the library will present “MS PowerPoint: Accelerated” on Saturday, March 29, beginning at 2:00 pm, in the Computer Lab. This class provides a basic introduction to this presentation software program as well as some intermediate techniques.
The classes are free and open to the public. Seating is limited, however, and reservations are required.
