This restaurant is in the heart of Sugar Land Town Square. On a pleasant Friday evening, the windows were open all around the restaurant so you definitely got an outdoor feel. It is decorated in modern Aztec style with booth or table options. The place was busy and we did not have to wait for a table. The hostess sat us at a table right next to the window, which was nice.

The menu offers typical Tex Mex options with a Sunday Brunch between 11:00 am & 3:00 pm. They do have an interesting variety of salads such as Ensalada Cabo, which is a grilled salmon filet served over a black bean salad, red onions, mangos, and feta cheese. Equally interesting are the salad dressing options: Queso Blanco, Creamy Cilantro, Mango Chipotle, and Lime Peanut.

The margaritas were just okay, nothing to write home about and rather pricey for what you got. It was kind of a turn off having them served in a small wine glass. That’s about like serving a fine wine in a Dixie cup. If you are looking for something different, the Nachos Pacifico fit the bill. It had lump crabmeat, fat free refried black beans, chile con queso, sour cream, roasted corn, guacamole and jalapenos. They were quite tasty and light.

The service was prompt, friendly, and accommodating. Over all, it was a pleasant experience. The atmosphere, wait staff, and food were all satisfying and enjoyable. But $9.00 for a 6 oz. margarita and $16.00 for 8 nachos, it’s a little pricy.
