A former Cypress Falls High School standout, he joined the Skeeters midseason following a stint with the Toronto Blue Jays organization (2010-13). A first-round pick of the Montreal Expos in the June 2002 Draft, Everts owns a career 46-48 record with a 4.00 ERA (378ER/850.1IP) over 11 minor league seasons.

Wright, 31, went 10-1 with a 2.63 ERA (27ER/92.1IP) over 15 starts for the Skeeters in 2013. Last year, the Waco, Texas native signed midseason with the Arizona Diamondbacks’ Triple A Reno and posted a 3-1 record over eight games (four starts). Originally selected by the Atlanta Braves in the 21st round of the June 2000 Draft, Wright is 91-84 with a 3.91 ERA (641ER/1,477IP) and 1,271 strikeouts in 288 career minor league games. The right-hander also holds the honor as Sugar Land’s Opening Day starter for two consecutive seasons (2012-13).

Meadows, 26, joins the Skeeters club following six seasons with the Milwaukee Brewers organization. A graduate of Cinco Ranch High School in Katy, Texas, the lefty split last season with Double A Huntsville and Class A Brevard County, combining for a 1-0 record with a 5.36 ERA (25ER/42IP) in 36 relief appearances. A 49th round pick of the Brewers in the June 2008 Draft, Meadows owns a 29-23 record with six saves and a lifetime 3.76 ERA (186ER/445IP).
