We routinely talk about flames singeing someone’s tail feathers, but rarely do ya’ see this…
Earlier this month, Houston SWAT units responded to a home in far-east Fort Bend County, inside the city limits of Houston, after a resident got hacked off at a delivery dude. Seems this hacked off homeowner couldn’t get out of his driveway because a delivery truck was blocking his way.
An exchange took place. Not satisfied, the hacked off homeowner decided to handle the situation. So, he doused the delivery truck with gasoline. Gas makes things go, right? Umm, QUICK!, somebody give this guy a lesson in vehicle operation and fuel placement! As one might imagine, he followed dumb with a gallon or so of stupid when he threw gas on the driver dude…. and then himself! Yep, now that will sure show everybody!
Needless to say, the panel truck full of guys in the black jammies with asbestos shorts rolled in and made camp….umm, hum, they had themselves a standoff! After several hours and some school lockdowns …the truck was moved and life for the neighborhood returned to no-flame normal. Well, minus the gas sling’n neighbor, you know. No flames or injuries were reported.
And there you were think’n it was only HOT here in the summer!
