Day of Impact

Reading Garden 

dayofimpact1The Vineyard Church Stafford/Sugar Land volunteer Pat Dorsey does some planting at the Stafford MSD Reading Garden while Ademay Pol looks on.  They were just two of the more than 100 Vineyard volunteers who spent the church’s annual Day of Impact on April 12 serving the Stafford, Sugar Land and surrounding communities.  Church members took on five different ministries including Keep Stafford Beautiful, landscaping at the Reading Garden, distributing gift bags to area First Responders, providing free car washes and fun and games on site at the church, and partnering with Elijah Rising to make the community more aware of how human trafficking affects our community.

First responders

dayofimpact3Liz Upfield and Elizabeth Hendricks of the Vineyard Church Stafford/Sugar Land stopped by the City of Stafford’s Fire Station #1 on April 12 to distribute gift bags.  They were just a few of the more than 100 Vineyard volunteers who spent the church’s annual Day of Impact on April 12 serving the Stafford, Sugar Land and surrounding communities.
