Fort Bend County Crime Stoppers
Fort Bend County Crimes Stoppers, Inc. will pay up to a $5,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the suspects involved in home invasion-type Aggravated Robbery.
Sunday evening, May 25, 2014, shortly after 6:30 pm, Sheriff’s deputies responded to a home invasion robbery in the 15100 block of Kingsbridge Way in Kingsbridge subdivision in northeast Fort Bend County. When officers arrived on the scene they learned that two Hispanic looking men forced their way into the home wielding guns.
Once the pair had gained entry, a third man joined them. The female victim told officers that as the men forced their way into the home she was hit in the head with a gun and fell to the floor.
Sheriff’s spokesman Bob Haenel said, “The suspects demanded money, but the woman said she didn’t have any in the home.” The home was ransacked while one of the intruders held the woman at gunpoint. They fled the scene in what the victim described as a gray pickup. Haenel said, “Surveillance cameras show what appears to be a late-model Chevrolet four-door silver or gray pickup truck.”
The victim was treated at a Sugar Land hospital for her head injury.
Crime Stoppers is offering a reward up to $5,000 for information that leads to the arrest and prosecution of the men involved in this home invasion and assault.
