Fulshear Freedom Fest set for July 4 featuring The Original Triumphs

The Fulshear Freedom Fest, hosted by the City of Fulshear and the Fulshear Area Chamber of Commerce, is scheduled for Friday, July 4, 6 PM – 9 PM in Downtown Fulshear.  Music, parade, children’s activities, fireworks, shopping, and food, this event has it all!

The Triumphs (www.orignialtriumphs.com) will take the stage at 6 PM.

The parade will begin promptly at 7 PM, from the Bob Lutts Library on Fifth Street, moving south along FM 359 to First Street. Parade entries will be accepted through July 3rd.

There will be plenty of fun and activities for the whole family; including bounce houses, rock climbing wall, dunk tank, face painting and balloon artists. The kid’s area will benefit Our Military Kids and we ask for a $5 donation for admission, capping at $20 per family.

Although the event begins at 6 PM, road closures will begin at 12 PM to prepare for the event and set the stage. FM 359 will be closed to all traffic between Front Street and Second Street between 12 PM, Friday, July 4, 2014 and 1 AM on Saturday, July 5, 2014.  North bound traffic traveling

More information, including parade and booth registrations, can be found at www.fulsheartexas.gov or www.fulshearareachamber.com.
