Learn about Brazos Bend State Park’s wildlife

Missouri City Branch Library will host special guests — of the wildlife variety — from Brazos Bend State Park on Saturday, July 26, from 1:00 to 3:00 pm, in the Meeting Room of the library, located at 1530 Texas Parkway.

A baby American alligator and a milk snake will accompany Judy Strauss, Events Coordinator of the Brazos Bend State Park Volunteer Organization, to the library for the afternoon. She will also bring the skulls of a crocodile and an American alligator to show the difference in their structures.

Strauss will provide an overview of Brazos Bend State Park, its facilities, and the activities that are available there for the public. The program is free and open to the public.
