Sienna Branch Library youth programs resume fall schedule after break

Fort Bend County Libraries’ Sienna Branch Library, 8411 Sienna Springs Blvd in Missouri City, presents a variety of free children’s programs — Mother Goose Time, Toddler Time, Story Time, and School-Age Programs — every month.  These programs are free and open to the public. The new fall schedule will resume during the 3rd week in August.

Mother Goose Time, which normally takes place on Tuesdays at 10:00 am, provides caregiver/infant activities and songs especially designed for the youngest book-lovers, from age 1 month to 12 months. Program dates are August 19 and 26 ONLY this month.

Toddler Time — Thursdays at 10:00 am — offers caregiver/child activities, stories and songs for older babies, from 12 to 36 months of age. Program dates are August 21 and 28 ONLY this month.

Pre-school children, 3 to 6 years of age, will enjoy Story Time, where they hear stories, watch movies, and participate in age-appropriate craft activities, beginning at 10:00 am each Wednesday. Program dates are August 20 and 27 ONLY this month.

Pajama Night Story Time — which normally takes place every Monday at 6:30 pm — gives families an evening option for some activities presented during the day time.  Pajama Night Story Time will take place on August 18 and 25 ONLY this month.
