LTC Trever J. Nehls relinquishes Battalion Command

LTC Trever J. Nehls, a Richmond resident, received a Meritorious Service Medal for a successful tenure as Battalion Commander of the 415th Civil Affairs (CA) Battalion in Kalamazoo, Michigan.

LTC Nehls relinquished command of the 415th CA BN on July 19, 2014 and is scheduled to assume command of the 490th CA BN in Grand Prairie, Texas in August.  Nehls, a 26 year member of the United States Army Reserve and National Guard, is in his second year studies at the United States Army War College in Carlisle Barracks, Pennsylvania.

In his civilian capacity, Nehls serves at Constable, Precinct 4, Fort Bend County.
