Suspects crash into Sugar Land Verizon Store, steal phones

Sugar Land police are looking for two men who crashed a vehicle into a Verizon Wireless store, 2109 State Highway 6 North, and took phones from display cases.

Surveillance video shows a maroon Buick sedan accelerate backward at a high rate and speed and smash through glass doors and a security gate on July 15 at 2 a.m.  Once inside, two men exited the car, took phones from display areas and drove away.

Both men were black, 18-30 years old, 5 feet 10 inches to 6 feet 3 inches tall and 170-210 pounds.  One of the criminals was wearing a blue jacket, black pants, grey shoes and black gloves. The other was wearing a grey jacket, black pants and gloves.
