Sheriff investigates indecent exposure suspect

Fort Bend County Crimes Stoppers, Inc. will pay a cash reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the suspect who exposed himself early Tuesday morning in a Richmond-area subdivision.

At about 7:50 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 2, 2014, the Dispatch of the Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office was notified by a woman that a man had exposed himself in an incident that occurred near the intersection of Ransom Road and Williams Way Blvd., near U.S. 59 to the southwest.

The woman reported that the incident had occurred at about 7:30 a.m. She was walking on a sidewalk and was summoned by a man who was asking for directions. When the woman approached, the man exposed himself to her.

The man was described as a Hispanic male between 30 and 40 years of age. He had a mustache and was wearing a gray or brown shirt and blue jeans. He was driving what appeared to be an early ‘90s red or maroon Chevrolet Blazer.

The suspect immediately took off in the direction of U.S. 59.

Information which leads to the apprehension and filing of charges on the suspect involved could earn a reward of up to $5,000.

All calls to Crime Stoppers are anonymous.
