a financial consultant in Sugar Land and the past President and CEO of two National Banks in the Houston area. In 1998, Tom Meinecke was appointed as a Colonel in the Texas Army by the Governor of the State of Texas. The Alexander Hodge chapter of the SAR congratulates Tom on his election and
