Sugar Land police are looking for a woman who outfoxed a sales clerk at a mall jewelry store and snagged herself a nearly $27 thousand dollar ring.

Yep, right there in front of the eye in the sky and everyone else, this lady admires several rings. Tries them on, admires again, then oops .. she drops one. Now you know what’s coming ... umm hum, she exchanges the real one with a fake and leaves the store – no purchase made.

Woulda been a slick plan except for that pesky video of the whole thing that Sugar Land police released to the media. There she is, in living breathing technicolor committing the crime!

Once again, begging the question, “What ya gonna believe officer, me or your lyin’ eyes?”
