Last week a Sugar Land officer responded to a found property call in the Greenbriar subdivision. As the officer rolled up, he saw a group of people in the driveway accompanied by a couple of dogs. As the officer approached, he told the folks to take control of the
dogs. The owner assured the officer all would be well.
Well, not so much. As the officer walked up .. the dogs took exception and came at him in what was described as aggressive and attacking.
Needless to say, the dogs were treated for lapse of judgment at the vet’s office ... the owner, well, he gets to pay cash for his moment of colossal stupidity. Before it’s all over, they’re going to have to pipe in daylight for both he and the hounds.
Really folks, there is a purpose for those stink’n leash laws. |
