Mission Statement
The mission of the Fort Bend Museum Association is to preserve and interpret the regional
history of the Fort Bend County area, with particular emphasis on the settlement and
impact of Austin's Colony.
Additional Information
The Fort Bend Museum is a historical museum covering the history of the county from it's
1821 beginning to the middle of the 20th century.
