Mrs. Cindy Cummings of Sugar Land, Texas
is pleased to announce the engagement of her daughter,
Jennifer Nicole Cummings to Neil Andrew Bubel, son of Mr.
and Mrs. Timothy James Bubel of Dallas, Texas. Jennifer is
also the daughter of the late William Bryan Cummings, Jr.
She is a graduate of Clements High School in Sugar Land and
Neil is a graduate of Lake Highlands High School in Dallas.
Jennifer and Neil are both students at Texas A&M University.
Upon graduation, a December 2007 wedding is planned in Sugar
