Megan Jean Martinez and Brian David Leaumont were united in marriage on October 13, 2007, at 7:00 p.m. at St. Theresa’s Catholic Church in Sugar Land, Texas. Deacon Al Bothe officiated at the double ring ceremony. The music was provided by Heights Chamber Players Quartet, and soloist was Mary Thompson and Pianist was Kevin Klotz. Scripture readings were given by Ms. Lisa Martinez and Ms. Kayleigh Wong.

On the eve of the wedding a rehearsal dinner was hosted by the groom’s family at Amici’s in Sugar Land. The day before the wedding a bridal luncheon was hosted by Mrs. Elizabeth Hoepnor and Ms. Amanda Hoepnor.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. & Mrs. Rick Martinez of Sugar Land, Texas. The groom is the son of Mr. & Mrs. Robert Leaumont of Missouri City, Texas.

Following the ceremony, the bride’s parents hosted a reception at Sweetwater Country Club, music provided by The NiteBeat.

Given in marriage by her parents and escorted by her father, the bride chose an ivory duchess satin gown designed by Victoria McMillan for Alvina Valenta. To complement her gown she carried a bouquet of ivory roses and hydrangeas.

Ms. Amanda Martinez served her sister as Maid of Honor. Bridesmaids included Ms. Jennifer Collings, Ms. Jessica Falknor, Ms. Tanya Clark, Ms. Ekin Dolen, Ms. Amanda Hoepnor, Ms. Noreen Lashari. Junior Bridesmaid was Ms. Kayleigh Wong and flower girl was Ms. Jenna Wong.

Mr. Matthew Leaumont served his brother as Best Man. Groomsmen were Mr. Jeff Leaumont, Mr. Robert Leaumont, Jr., brothers of the groom, Mr. Chris O’Daniel, Mr. Brantly Drapp, Mr. Jason Falknor, Mr. Thanos Papavasiliou, Mr. Chris Dahlman, Mr. Craig Shoffit, and Mr. Alex Kozakov.

Serving as ushers were Mr. Jon Catania, Mr. Matt Simmons, and Mr. Matt Knieriemen.
