Dr. Douglas and Jeanne McCowan of Sugar Land, Texas are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Alexandra Elizabeth McCowan, to Timothy Earl Neeley, son of Mr. and Mrs. David Neeley of Sugar Land, Texas.
The couple will be wed in January of 2009 in Sugar Land, Texas.
