On December 24, Southminster Presbyterian Church will be hosting their annual Christmas Eve Services. At the 5:00 Family Service there will be a live nativity outside put on by children from the church and the Southminster School, and will also feature real animals! The live nativity is a powerful way for the whole family to see the story leading up to the birth of our Savior, Jesus Christ. This is our earliest service, and the one that families of all ages hold dear to their hearts. Come with friends, family, or out-of-towners, as we prepare for the coming of Jesus Christ.
Later that night at 10:30 they will have their Candlelight Service in the Sanctuary. Their choir will perform a variety of Christmas music from 10:30-11:00, followed by the Candlelight Service with Holy Communion at 11:00 PM. This service is a favorite for people of all ages, especially when the sanctuary is lit by the glow of candles as we sing Silent Night. They would love for you and your loved ones to join them as we worship God together during the minutes leading up to Christmas.
