Casey Anthony in Sugar Land?

August 17, 2011 by FortBendStar

By Elsa Maxey

Casey Anthony’s attorney, Jose Baez, was spotted at the Sugar Land Regional Airport last Thursday after he flew in a privately owned aircraft. Speculation is that he may have come to this area to meet with Casey Anthony, who could be in hiding in Sugar Land or Houston. Although the Sugar Land Airport could not verify if Baez had departed the area but verified that the plane is no longer on site.

Although no one has come forward about having spotted Casey Anthony locally, a phone tip to the “Star” about her attorney heading this way, complete with aircraft registered numbers on the tail of the plane to be landing was the real deal. On Thurs., he was seen coming out of a privately owned aircraft at the Sugar Land Regional Airport. An eye witness who saw him a matter of a few feet away said it was Attorney Jose Baez.

She said he was walking in and out of the airport dressed in an orange shirt and khaki shorts. In plain view of TV camera crews from the media photographing him, he reportedly said he wanted some privacy and was looking for a restaurant. Any guesses about his coming over to see Anthony, who possibly could be in hiding in our part of the state?

According to news accounts, Anthony vanished from public view since being released from prison last month following her acquittal on murder charges in the death of her 2-year-old daughter.

Reports from Florida indicate that Anthony must return to Orlando no later than Aug. 26, at noon to serve a year’s probation for check fraud.

My mom and dad said that saw her in Pecan Grove in a black Ford Crown Victoria car at Plantation and 359. They said she had blonde hair-shoulder length. I didn’t really believe that she would be here of all places, so we didn’t report it. Now that I am seeing this article, I totally believe they saw her. I bet she gets her dark hair and extensions back before she is put on TV again so she doesn’t blow her cover…
