The City of Sugar Land held its annual tree lighting celebration Thursday, Dec. 1, in the Sugar Land Town Square. Santa and Mrs. Claus arrived on the back of a fire truck along with Mayor Joe Zimmerman. Santa flipped the switch to turn the lights on the city’s 40-foot Christmas tree.
