Rotary Club of Rosenberg installs 2014-15 Officers

The 2014-15 Rosenberg Rotary Club officers were installed during a fun “banquet” held at a recent Sugar Land Skeeters game. The Rotary International Year begins July 1, 2014 and concludes June 30, 2015. The 2014-15 Rosenberg Rotary Club officers include, from left, Bob Haenel, secretary; Tom Stavinoha, Rotary Foundation/Grants chairman; Darren McCarthy, Service, Membership chairman; Mary Servantes, vice president; Ginger Johnson, treasurer; and Bradley Stavinoha, president. Not pictured are Hugh Conway, president-elect; Hurley Johnson, sergeant-at-arms; and Linda Lyons, Service Projects chairman. Rotary supports Eagle Scout project at Rosenberg’s Seabourne Creek Park

The Rosenberg Rotary Club presented a check for $250 to Boy Scout Treeank Patnaik, a freshman at George Ranch High School. Patnaik’s Eagle Scout Project is to construct eight blue bird houses to be placed on two nature trails at the park. Presenting the check is Ginger Johnson, the club’s past president.
