Clements student wins $120,000 H&R Block scholarship

Clements High School senior Angela Lin is overjoyed to be named the H&R Block Budget Challenge grand prize scholarship winner in a surprise announcement at her school’s year-end senior awards night on May 17 in Sugar Land. Lin beat out more than 150,000 students in the nationwide personal finance competition, taking the top honor and a $120,000 scholarship.
