Proposed development could “transform Stafford”

The Stafford City Council approved Street Level Investment’s application to build a $500 million mixed use development on the Texas Instruments property, which the company is completely leaving by early next year. It’s the largest piece of land on the Southwest Freeway in either direction. Later this month, the Stafford city council and SLI will negotiate incentives on the project, which will ultimately determine if the project will move forward.
