Two George Ranch HS girls chosen for All Region Orchestra

Auditions were held November 13 for the regions 4A and 5A schools and George Ranch High School in the LCISD had two students who qualified. Abby Platt was chosen for the clarinet section.  Elise Lasker was chosen for the oboe section. The All Region Orchestra performed at Dulles High School November 17.

Lamar Foundation awards more than $200,000
