Child Advocates of Fort Bend is offering a Flex Training Class to train volunteers to advocate for abused and neglected children.
With the Flex Learning curriculum, volunteers will be able to complete part of the training online and the remainder by classroom (on Monday evenings). Fifteen hours of the 30-hour training can be done from a home computer. Applications will be accepted through March 16. Training starts on March 26.
Child Advocates of Fort Bend is a non-profit agency dedicated to providing a voice for abused and neglected children in Fort Bend County. With an army of volunteers, Child Advocates of Fort Bend currently serves more than 400 children each month through its Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) Program and Children’s Advocacy Center.
