Exceeding expectations and always putting the customer first earned Classic Chevrolet in Sugar Land the title of “Chevrolet Service Hero.” On April 20, representatives from the South Central Region Division of General Motors including Sam Phillips, Bill Elbert, Steve Flynn the Chevrolet Zone Manager, and Manny Sosa from General Motors Service Division presented Classic Chevrolet owner Don Kerstetter and his service team with the inaugural “Chevrolet Service Hero Award” in Classic Chevrolet’s newly remodeled service department.
“Our service team worked very hard over the past year and it’s wonderful to see their dedication to quality performance and customer satisfaction rewarded,” Kerstetter said.
Out of the fifty-one Chevy dealers in the Southwest Houston region, Classic Chevrolet placed first in categories including new vehicle customer retention, on-time response for service leads, service training standards completion, customer satisfaction index score, and improvement over time.
The “Chevrolet Service Hero Award” will be awarded quarterly to the dealership with the highest marks across these categories in each region.
“We’re extremely pleased to be the first dealership to display the new Service Hero award, Kerstetter said. “Seeing it on display this quarter will inspire us to strive to new heights of customer satisfaction.
We’re not content to rest on our laurels, because we believe in making a daily commitment to delivering excellent service.”
