The three men arrested for the multiple burglaries in the RiverPark West subdivision have been identified as Cedric Albert Rashad Lewis, 21, Montrell Johnathon Brown, 19, and Isaac Omoruyi 18, all of Houston; each facing multiple charges of burglary of Burglary of a Habitation.
Sheriff’s spokesman Bob Haenel said, “All three were arrested on Thursday, August 23. Brown and Omoruyi were arrested in Rosenberg, and Lewis was picked up in Houston.”
These are the suspects whose faces were splashed across the Houston metro area after they went to a Stafford Walmart and used the credit cards they had stolen in the RiverPark burglaries to purchase gift cards.
Haenel said these three burglarized two homes, a garage and several vehicles. Aside from credit cards their bounty also included stolen guns. To add insult to injury they used some of the gift cards to purchase items, said Haenel.
Some of the stolen property has been recovered. The case remains under investigation.
