Fort Bend ISD Board of Trustees Executive Assistant, Cindy Graham, is retiring after serving 26 years in Fort Bend ISD, with 20 of those years served in her current position. She will be leaving her position with Fort Bend ISD at the end of June. Graham and Rose Scanlan have been the only two Board Secretary/Executive Assistants who have served in the capacity since the District was formed more than 50 years. Graham began her tenure in FBISD in 1986 at Settlers Way Elementary.
“Cindy Graham is an icon at Fort Bend ISD, and she will be greatly missed. She is a tremendous lady, and we congratulate her upon her well-deserved retirement,” said Dr. Jenney, Superintendent.
FBISD Board President Jim Rice added, “On behalf of the board, I’d like to thank Cindy for the extraordinary job she has done for the District and the Board of Trustees. We will miss her and wish her the best in all her future plans. “
The District has planned a Retirement Celebration in her honor on Thursday, June 28, from 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm in the Fort Bend ISD Board Room in the Administration Building located at 16431 Lexington Blvd. in Sugar Land.
