Fluor Corporation has a tradition of community service and philanthropic support.
Fluor Cares, the foundation of the corporation, engages and empowers employees to make a difference in their communities. Not only do employees give back, the foundation magnifies and extends Fluor’s philanthropic impact by supporting nonprofit organizations.
This holiday season, Hope For Three, a local nonprofit and autism advocacy group, was given a gift of hope. Barbara Jones, Fluor senior manager, community and public affairs, presented Elizabeth Munoa and Darla Farmer a $5,000 check to provide direct support to families and children living with autism.
“Gifts like this ensure children with autism have access to vital therapies and services they might otherwise go without,” Munoa said. “We’re honored to receive such a tremendous gift this holiday season; it truly is a gift of hope.”
