The Houston Association of REALTORS® (HAR) will host a unique cultural event on Thursday, March 21, 2013. The Night at the Imperial reception will be held at the new Center for the Arts located in historic downtown Rosenberg.
Attendees will enjoy live entertainment from Imperial Arts’ repertoire of musicians while admiring the sculpture art of renowned Fort Bend artist Jim Adams. Adams’ work in iron and steel is abstract and powerful and has gained national attention.
The evening includes a cocktail reception as well as silent and live auctions. Among the attendees will be Fort Bend Area REALTOR® members, affiliate members, local elected officials and individuals from area businesses.
“This is an exciting opportunity for Fort Bend REALTORS®,” said event Chair Susan Friedman of Fort Bend Real Estate Corporation. “Imperial Arts is a wonderful organization, and we are excited to work with them to provide local REALTORS® this unique look at the culture thriving right here in their community. The real estate business is all about selling the lifestyle of the local community and about protecting the rights of our clients – the homeowners – and we combine both efforts in this event.”
All proceeds from the event benefit the Texas Real Estate Political Action Committee (TREPAC). HAR and TREPAC are dedicated to the protection of the rights of private property owners and keeping Texas safe for REALTORS®. TREPAC is a non-partisan organization that supports the “REALTOR® Party” and helps to elect candidates who are friendly to the real estate industry. TREPAC fights to protect the real estate industry, as well as the individual homeowner.
