Sugar Land Town Square is excited to present its new Fitness in the Plaza series, beginning Friday, Nov. 18. The weekly series is free and will feature Boot Camp and Zumba classes in the Plaza of Sugar Land Town Square. Fitness in the Plaza will run each Friday for the remainder of the year.
Personal Trainer Jon Hood of Rush Fitness will teach Boot Camp from 9 – 10 a.m. each week. Jon has multiple fitness certifications and has experience training clients with a variety of fitness goals. The program is designed to help participants safely and effectively meet their individual goals.
Abby Dorsey, Zumba instructor from Sugar Land Ice & Sports, will teach Zumba classes immediately following Boot Camp, from 10 – 11 a.m. Abby is a licensed instructor who hopes to share her passion for Zumba to inspire others to lose weight and stay in shape.
