
The Fort Bend Chamber of Commerce hosts Fort Bend County Commissioner James Patterson, Fort Bend County, Precinct 4. The luncheon will be held at Safari Texas Ranch, 11627 FM 1464, Richmond, TX on Monday, October 8th from 11:30 am – 1:00 pm. This event is sponsored by JACOBS Engineering Group and the lunch is underwritten by Safari Texas Ranch.
James Patterson is a native Texan who grew up in the central Texas town of Normangee. He received his Bachelor’s Degree from Sam Houston State University and his Master’s Degree from the University of Houston. Prior to his current position, Commission Patterson was a teacher and coach at Dulles Junior High and Dulles High School. He also served as the Principal to Dulles High School from 1984 to 1992 and Elkins High School from 1992 until he retired in 1998. Commissioner Patterson was sworn into office on January 1, 1999 and is enjoying serving his community as Commissioner for Precinct 4.
