John Lynn Deusner, 65, of Missouri City, Texas passed away on July 8, 2017. He was born on August 16, 1951 in Evansville, Indiana to John Raymond Deusner and Edna L. Deusner-Monroe. He was a past member of the Arena Committee for the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo.
John was a managing partner of American Packing and Crating Holding. His hobbies included collecting guns and tinkering with his hands. You could find him purchasing items from Ebay to fix up on his next project. This loving husband, father, PePaw, son, brother, uncle and friend will be missed.
John is preceded in death by his father, John Raymond Deusner. Survivors include his mother, Edna L. Deusner-Monroe; his wife of 25 years, Joy Deusner; children, Cristi Darst, Lynn Deusner-Copeland and husband, Shawn, and Sarah Brown and husband, Michael; brother, Raymond Deusner and wife, Carol; grandchildren, James Darst, and Bailey & Morgan Brown; along with extended family and friends.
Visitation will be held from 12:00 p.m. until service time at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 13, 2017 in the Chapel of Davis-Greenlawn Funeral Home in Rosenberg with Preacher David Wright officiating. Burial will follow at Morton Cemetery in Richmond, Texas.
